Thank you for your purchasing at the Sunglass Museum. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
We accept returns in their original packaging and in the same condition as originally purchased within 30 days after your order is delivered. You must include your name and order number or your invoice to receive a refund.
Any merchandise that arrives damaged or faulty must be reported within 5 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
There are no refunds on postage. Buyer pays for return postage for returns. There is a 15% restocking fee when three or more items are purchased and returned within our 30-day return policy. Any items returned after 30 days will either be refused or sent back to you.

We recommend shipping using tracking and/or insurance. We are not responsible for items reported as a returned that we did not receive.
Please make sure that all returned items are unused or unaltered in any way and, if applicable, have the original tags still on them. Items without original tags but in new condition will be issued a 50% refund.
Items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages. Note that wholesale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a different product is desired, please follow the instructions to return the original product and purchase a new one.

Please contact us through our Etsy store or Ebay and include your order number.
FAQ - The product I purchased is now on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?
If an item goes on sale on our site within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference upon request. Please send us an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For the whereabouts of your package, refer to the tracking number in the email you received when your order was shipped.
